- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Superb. We had a Saturday morning emergency with one of our hens and we were not even registered at the practice (being new to the area and new to having hens). We were given an appointment within the hour and our hen needed an operation under local anaesthetic. The vet offered to do the operation immediately and let us collect her after the surgery had closed for the day. I couldn't have asked for a better response. Simon, the vet, gave clear instructions as to what to look out for during her recovery. I thought the fees were very reasonable. The vet nurses and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I hope I don't need to see them all again soon but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.by Angie SkeneJuly 09, 2017
